deal with the war against terror, which included the war in Afghanistan and
Iraq. He also instituted broad based tax cuts, Medicare prescription drug
benefits for seniors, signed the Patriot Act, the No Child Left Behind Act, and
the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act.
